BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Dark, narrow rimmed red; dense and minerally to smell, with a sweet, ripe fruit at its core; rich, concentrated, elegant wine with a fine, slightly oak-dry tannin, a good core of ripe, juicy, fleshy fruit, a slight alcohol warmth, a slight oak tannin dryness on the finish, and very good length; perhaps some of its aromatic finesse and interest lost within the marked oak-dry tannin. Fine, nonetheless! 2015-25+
