Michael Schuster: Deep mid-gold, orange-tinged, forward for its age; fresh wax, citrus and light new oak to smell; a rich and relatively fleshy Barsac with adequate rather than marked acidity; very sweet and juicy and with its characteristic finesse, but a bit soft and lacking the complexity, breed, and length that it has in better years; easy and appealing, but a decent rather than a notable Coutet. Much less impressive than en primeur. Now to 2016 . 16
