Essi Avellan: Overt appley nose on the cider-like side. Baking spices, orange blossom, and marmalade but remains singular and obvious. Full and round palate, better than the nose. Lots of plush fruit but one-dimensional. 86
Alex Hunt: A wild, peculiar nose of dried peach and something reminiscent of solvents. It doesn’t actually catch in the throat, but the aromatic character is rather Magic Marker. Frothy in the mouth, without much direction or autolytic contribution. 84
Tom Stevenson: Freshly disgorged acacia aromas of autolysis still dominating. Needs another six months to settle, but very fresh and elegant with excellent potential. 90
