Essi Avellan: Medium-deep peachy color. Overt, even pungent nose of overripe apple and apricot marmalade. Wide and round on the palate. One-dimensional but very fruit-driven. Slightly too dry at finish. 15

Simon Field: Pinprick bubbles and a lively mousse. Nose a little reserved; an underused hay loft; en bouche, there is an unexpected roundness, with a fruit profile dominated by white peach, nectarine, and rosehip. Balancing acidity and subtle dosage. 16.5

Tom Stevenson: This has an immediate richness on the palate and finish, lovely redcurrant and dried fruits, with a vanilla-dusted finish. Delightful. Can be drunk now but will improve. 17.5
