Nicolas Belfrage: Attractive mid-depth color. Clean lively nose of floral/red-fruit style. Manages to achieve a creamy mouthfeel despite considerable tannin-acid base. Very good length and character featuring intense plum and berry fruit. Drink from 2014- 18:

Bruno Besa: Deep garnet to tawny, yellow rim. Rustic, glue-like nose. Full body yet rustic and fairly green on the finish- 10:

Jancis Robinson: Bright crimson, with a rusty rim. Lifted, high-toned nose, with real subtlety and complexity. Pungent with tar and licorice and a great weight of ripe fruit, too, but all in the right register. There seems to be some real confidence here. Dry finish. Drink 2015–25- 17.5 :
