BUY THE WINE

Alex Hunt: Very attractive summer berry fruit scarred by eggy/fecal reduction. Sensitively extracted, nicely balanced, but off-kilter flavors - 14

Andrew Jefford: Deep, opaque black-red. Light, faintly herbaceous aromas; vivid, deep, intense flavors. Remarkable concentration here, but this takes the wine out to the limits of easy drinkability. Nonetheless, in the mealtime context this would be serious, deep, long, and well ballasted - 15.5
