BUY THE WINE

Alex Hunt: Ripely vegetal: Red-pepper aromas dominate alongside cassis. Focused, middleweight palate; clean and effective, but very simple - 14.5

Andrew Jefford: Dense, deep, black-red. Warm, resinous, open, overt, and exuberant aromatic profile, with plenty of simple but artless fruit force. Vivid, vibrant, and long on the palate, backed by some dryish tannins. A deep, energetic, and forceful red wine, with considerable strength of character. The fruit qualities are a little raisiny, though - 13.5
