Nicolas Belfrage: (cc: water-pale = 1; deep gold = 9) cc2. Very slight pinkish tinge. Fresh but quiet nose. More to it on the palate, with typical (in an Italian context) mouthwatering acidity and considerable minerality; almost salty on the finish; some citrus. Drink with seafood dishes or as apéritif- 14
Marcel Orford-Williams: Neutral, faintly smoky, touch of almond paste. Full, and dry on the palate, more Italian than Pinot Gris. Attractive enough but hardly special- 13.5
Joanna Simon: Very pale, with a hint of green. Slightly muted but fresh; apple/pear aromas. Fresh, lightish-bodied palate; very much the crisp, mineral spectrum, with a light salt-andpepper character and tight, just-ripe greenapple/ apple-skin fruit. Nicely balanced citrus acidity. Refreshing apéritif style- 14
