Michael Edwards: Snowy white mousse, fine salmon-pink hue: distinctive Pinot Noir aromas, red orchard fruits, generous and expressive. There’s that smack of acidity on the palate—very — that masks the fruit and latent vinosity, but this is a wine of structure and substance that deserves further keeping 16.5

Tom Stevenson: This needs another year in bottle to render the mousse silky, but it is so delicious now that I doubt there will be much around when it starts to peak. The exquisite acidity is in perfect harmony with its absolutely gorgeous orchard fruit and perfect dosage 18.5
