Andrew Jefford: Deep, dark black-red. Graceful and charming, though the fruit aromas are a little simple and there isn’t much ringing depth or resonance here. On the palate, this is poised and lively but a little short and brisk in style, again without much fruited resonance. On the plus side, the tannins have been beautifully extracted, so it is a satisfying textural proposition. 2018–2026. 90
Michael Schuster: Fine, sweet, cedary nose, still closed; elegantly balanced, medium-full wine, fresh in acidity, firm in tannin; ripe red-fruit in flavor, moderate complexity, firmly chewy in tannin; will certainly need time to mellow. 2024–32+. 89
