Andrew Jefford: Deep, dark black-red. A fine core of fresh red and black fruits with a little floral sheen. Vivid and fresh, with acid-structured fruit and a gentle, cleansingly bitter edge... just a little less ripe and brisker than the nose suggested it would be, but a very good bottle. 2018–25. 89
Michael Schuster: Ripe fruit and gravel aromas; medium-full, crisp in acidity, finely dry in tannin; sweetly ripe flavor, juicy, sappy, gently complex, a very nice, satisfying middle-rank Margaux, with some complexity and good length. Still a bit “chewy,” but give it a few years. 2020–30. 88
