Andrew Jefford: Deep, dark black-red. Not particularly focused or refined, but the warmth and overall rightness of this chunky blackcurrant and black-fruit aroma is impressive. On the palate, too, it is curranty, warm, and generous, if without the fine textures and fruit purity of the best of its peers. 2018–22. 87

Michael Schuster: Lightly minerally nose; medium-full, crisp in acidity, firmly tannic; fairly long-term at the level; firm, tasty, savory claret, chewy without being coarse, but needing time to mellow, moderate complexity, medium length. 2021–30+. 88
