Andrew Jefford: Deep, dark, saturated black-red (and a heavy bottle). Earthy, rich, super-ripe. On the palate, this is dark, deep, very structured, medicinal, and aromatic: a sort of elixir. The fruit core has slightly gone missing in all of that, but I have to say that nonetheless this is a very exciting bottle. A great St-Emilion to partner, for example, with a great Mendoza in a New York steak restaurant: boundary-pushing stuff. 2018–24. 90
