Nicolas Belfrage: Attractive medium-depth color, turning on rim. Clean,

Simon Larkin ightly scented but currently quiet nose: herbs and flowers. Old-style, tannic (a bit too much); good fruit, with a

Simon Larkin: Some solidity to its appearance,

Certainly young, but even so, there is no overriding sense of harmony here. A little severe, angular almost—not sure how this will come together in time. The fruit is straightforward, if a little dusty, the finish a little clipped. 10.5

Franco Ziliani: Dark ruby color. The nose is discrete, with no great expression, wild earthy notes hinting at mint, spices, leather, and dried prunes. The palate is dominated by firm, solid tannins that need time to soften. Medium body, good persistence, long finish. 15.5
