SB | There are dried-apricot aromas on the nose, but no raisiny tones. The attack is bright and assertive, leading to a palate that's bracing and delectable. This has just the precision and lift one looks for in Jurançon, though it doesn't have the intensity of the greatest examples. Nonetheless, a well-balanced wine with typicity and vigor. The fruit is nuanced and tangy, with a hint of sherbet and a light sapidity on the finish, which is reasonably long. 93
AJ | This is quite pale still for a 2018. Aromatically, it is refined, measured, grave—and harmonious. Attractive: soft and tender, yet sweet and secondary, with tobacco, orchard fruit, and dried mushroom. A little bit constrained compared to the grandest of its peers nonetheless. Ditto on the palate: an honest, carefully made, workmanlike Jurançon, which will provide much pleasure in the short to medium term. 88
SR | This golden-yellow 2021 Jurançon opens with a pure, intense, and saline, well-concentrated and aromatic, super-ripe fruit. Elegant on the palate, this a pretty sweet yet savory, vivacious, tight and concentrated yet also finessed Jurançon, with a savory and saline finish. Good length. 89
