SF | Soft lemon, silvery, pale at the rim. Aromas of green apple, crystalized lemon and iodine; quite reserved. The palate picks up the pace a little, tropical hints creeping in, a ripeness that respects the vintage conditions, and a concentration that underlines structural integrity. The dosage has not quite integrated, however, and the finish is slightly abrupt. 91
EA | Shiny, lemon-yellow color. Lovely, vanilla-laden nose, with toasty whiffs supporting the pristine white fruitiness. Sweet pear and white-peach tones, with a floral charm. The palate doesn't quite reach the prettiness of the nose but is still very good. It starts with a silky flow before a mild austerity kicks in. Perky mousse and good freshness, the finish dry and chalky. 2023–35. 94
TH | Salty pastry and dried pear here, showing some openness in style but also an appealing, apricot-tart generosity. The mouthfilling, spicy apple and apricot palate contains the heat of the year with some zestiness, integrating the bittersweet grapefruit phenolics and avoiding greenness. Approachable and juicy at first, but also marked by a more serious, chalky, pithy close—intriguing. 89
