SF | Lemon-green, lively mousse. A nose of sourdough, yeast, and green apples, with a hint of spice. The spicy brioche leitmotif echoes down the palate, gingerbread and quince in support; rounded and welcoming, the acidity less than prominent; approachable, therefore, and most agreeable over the medium term. 90
EA | Pale lemon color with a light peachy tinge. Overt, soft, appley nose, with vanilla, pear compote, and baking spices. A little one-dimensional in aroma at first, but nice, woody spiciness emerges over time in the glass. A soft, plush palate, with sun-kissed, sweet fruit, the fluffy mousse leading to a medium-long finish of ample fruitiness. 2023–28. 91
TH | Quite an open, spicy profile, with some oxygen influence behind the stewed-apple and roasted notes. Some woody grip, fairly voluminous and broad, with a bitter, fruit-skin finish. 86
