EA | Bright lemon yellow colour. There is fine restraint to the mild, softly fruity nose of yellow apple, apple cider, meadow flowers and candied lemon. There is lovely yeast/compexed character to it. On the palate it is tightly packed with a zingy lemony quality to it. Brisk and vibrant, the fruitiness is vivacious and radiant with fine transparency to it. A mild, well integrated oak whiff is present on both the nose and palate. A stylish, invigorating whole.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2030. 92
SF | Pale straw; nose anonymous; petrichor, sour honey and acacia; spring flowers and white pepper; honeysucke in the mid-palate, with hints of poached pear and sourdough; ripe of inclination and with an elegant tapered finish. Relatively simple, but composed and generous. 92
AR | Pale gold in colour, this is fresh and gently autolytic in aroma, with notes of grillednuts and honey already eveident, but without suggesting sweetness; when you taste, the flavours are rich, with a honeyed, popcorn / butterscotch balckground, a lively, tangy mousse that grasps the tongue and then unfurls in a thoroughly well-behaved manner to reveal a refreshingly tangy dry finish.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2030. 93
