SF | Dense of hue, near onyx at the core, with the narrowest of rims. The nose is less impressive; slightly soapy, with fruit a little mute. Acidity overwhelms the fruit on the palate, with the tannins somewhat aggressive; the structure overwhelms the youthful fruit. This will be less of an 'issue' as time goes by! 86
AJ | Dark black-red; translucent at the rim. Curranty, but with a vegetal. herbaceous touch, too; not singingly ripe. Slender, pure, fruity and fresh; very clean and appetising in this style, but a wine for the short to medium term.Drink Dates: 2025 - 2030.
