Overview

AJ | Still a pale silver-gold at this stage. Fresh, clean, lively, with sweet crystallised fruit notes and light heather honey. Not forceful or baroque, but some genuine aromatic interest here. This is relatively young and undeveloped as yet, and it doesn't have the density or gathered force to make old bones, but it is clean and articulate, with suggestive honey, lemon, birch sap and angelica. An attractive Sauternes in shy and delicate style.Drink Dates: 2027 - 2034.
