AJ | Dark black-red with deep scarlet meniscus; just off opacity. Delicate blackcurrant and cherry fruit overlain with leafy sweetness. Cool, lively palate cascading with fresh blackcurrant fruit. The classical fruited poise of St Julien clearly on display here. Just a touch raw on the finish, as if some parcels were struggling to keep up, though the concentration is impressive. Drink Dates: 2027 - 2035. 86
SF | Deeply saturated colour but rather mute on the aromatic front. The palate recalls blueberries and early season raspberry, but also appears a little stretched, and falls away relatively quickly. Pleasant for early consumption, however. Drink Dates: 2026 - 2029. 88
