Jesús Barquín: Pale yellow. Not very expressive on the nose, but the palate displays spicy notes, vanilla andcrème brûlée. Slightly sweet and saturating formy personal preference. 82

Andrew Jefford: Pale, bright steel-gold in color. A big slewof Catalan scents: fennel, broad bean, roastedgreen pepper, dry grasses, straw, thyme:broad and attractive. And exactly as the nosesuggested on the palate: this is a wealthy, generous, palate-coating Cava, with plenty ofbreadth and density. Complex, secondary, andlong: excellent work here. 90

Andreas Larsson: Bright, with a pale golden nuance, quitetiny bubbles. Quite a classic nose, with driedseaweed, chamomile, lime, grapefruit, and somerubbery notes; there seems to be a slight hint ofoak, brooding in the background. The palate is onthe lighter side, still quite young and unresolved, with barely ripe fruit, some lemon and lime zest,a hint of sweetness/dosage, fresh acidity, and amoderately long finale. 84
