Alison Buchanan: This has an astonishingly citrus nose—a rather herbal Grand Marnier with chocolate back notes. Orange blossom on both nose and palate is intriguing. This is somewhat beyond my ken and stands out in this tasting, for good or ill. 14.5

Jesús Barquín: Mahogany. Very intense nose of tapenade and medicinal notes that reassert themselves on the palate, resulting in a final balance that is flat and lacks harmony. 12

Julian Jeffs: Deep color. Rather acid nose. A peculiar flavor that did not seem varietal. 12
