Alison Buchanan: Rich leesy fruit. Lovely color, too, Rich yellow–gold, clinging to glass. This is a stunner, full and ripe, seductive whilst not really wearing its heart on its sleeve. This is keeping something in reserve. It has power and presence, weight and elegance and a lovely balance – very fine. 16

Alex Hunt: The nose is lemony, biscuity, savory – nicely balanced. The palate shows slightly too much oak, which, coupled with the still–strident acidity, gives a hollow feel. Good length, though, and persistence of citrus flavors. 13

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold still. Simple, jellybean fruit characters. Nasty, confected and bitter. 4
