Tim Atkin: Deep, bright purple. Mulberry, plummy nose, ripe, quite oaky. Masses of youthful vibrant fruit. Not a lot of complexity, apart from some licorice. Tannins well integrated; ditto oak. Clean, fruity, well made. Young vines? 13
Gerard Basset: Medium-deep ruby. Fairly pronounced nose. Black fruit, spicy. Tight structure, fairly lean with moderate retro, medium-short finish. 13
Anthony Rose: Medium ruby hue, clean, aromatically fresh, opulent, black-cherry fruit, with nicely integrated, lightly chocolaty oak and very supple, succulent tannins; quite powerfully built but overall well balanced and drinkable relatively early, though should last five years plus. 15
