Tim Atkin: Mid-ruby/purple. Green, faintly rubbery notes. Leafy, high-acid. Light, strangely Bordeaux-like, but some burned rubber/Brett. Quite elegant, but just too green. High alcohol, acidic finish. A tad green. 10

Gerard Basset: Medium red ruby. Fairly pronounced. Enticing mix of black fruit and wild spices. Lively, with tight structure, blackberry and herbal notes; medium finish. 16

Anthony Rose: Medium ruby hue; rather diffuse nose; quite leafy palate, pleasant blackcurrant fruit tinged with green minty characters; quite chunky tannins, rather foursquare and dry on the finish. 14.5
