BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Bright gold; a fine, discreet, complex, and minerally nose; beautifully balanced, concentrated yet refined wine; very sweet, but nicely defined by its acidity, very pure in flavor, long across the palate, complex, racy, and subtle, with a fine underlying minerality and superb, aromatic length. Classic, refined, Coutet proportions, finely wrought, a great expression of Barsac in general, and of its particular terroir. A most classy, light-footed, ballerina of a wine; quite delicious already. Now to 2035+. 19
