Michael Schuster: Mid-gold; intense, refined, oak-tinged nose; very rich, but perfectly constituted Sauternes with an excellent defining acidity; intensely sweet, very rich, lemon-edged, silken textured wine, with great depth and considerable complexity of flavor; long and satisfying and vital, with no sense of excess whatsoever, despite its overall generosity; substance and refinement at once.
