Michael Schuster | Dense but vivid and bursting with life, even to smell; full, vigorous, finely and firmly tannic; rich, elegant, sapid, vital red-and-black- fruit tasty wine, long and gently mouth-coating Pauillac, with a lovely fruit presence, gently gravelly aromas, a nice sense of matter, and lovely resonance to finish. A quite classy, very complete Haut-Bages Libéral. The best ever? Except perhaps 2018, says Claire Lurton. 2028–40+.
