Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | Discrete but pure nose, perfect balance, tight texture, closed-up aromas; not yet fully developed at this stage, as is often the case with this superb property. It should show better in three months. | 16.5

Michael Schuster | Deep color; dense and stony to smell, a fine nose; well balanced but in the more muscular style of the year, firm in both fruit and oak tannin, with a vital acidity adding to the sense of structure; very Cabernet Sauvignon in flavor, but behind the firm frame there is a lovely fresh, ripe red fruit, racy, refined, and delicate, with a fine, floral, perfumed length. A touch forbidding at the moment but with good long-term prospects. 2023–30+. | 16.5
