Neil Beckett: A blend of parcels from relatively humble sites (most around Meursault and Puligny), which are nevertheless identified as having far greater potential than their official classification suggests and are given some special treatment in the winery. White gold; an attractive nose, less obviously oaky than in other vintages, with better focus and tension; very silky and stylish on the palate, with good harmony and intensity for the level and bright, well-integrated, well-wrapped acidity. The best Secret I can remember and one worth getting in on. 16
