Essi Avellan: Deep bright red-cherry color. Fine-tuned, beautifully toast-lined nose, with forest fruit and confectionary. Full-bodied, fleshy, rich, and full of fruit. Long, with enough freshness but not much complexity. 16

Simon Field: Russet coloring and a nose of herbs and undecided youth. The palate is raw and edgy, phenolic and slightly manufactured. 13
