Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | Splendid nose of cedar; vigorous and full-bodied, big supporting tannins, and still a bit stiff due to the high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon. | 18.5

Michael Schuster | Closed to smell, but clearly a fine, concentrated blackcurrant and mineral Cabernet Sauvignon; moderately concentrated, fresh to lively in acidity, with a very fine-textured tannin; elegant, quite juicy, aromatic, minerally, gently mouth-filling, long and vital to taste; refined and linear, if with the slight austerity of almost pure Cabernet Sauvignon in a challenging year, and finishing, therefore, as one might expect, on a slight crispness, too, but with excellent redcurrant fruit persistence. 2020–30. | 17.5
