Michel Bettane: On the reductive side, some bitterness, not very seductive for the moment, but a silky texture and ripe tannins. 15
Thierry Desseauve: Dark color, jammy fruit, thick wine, without finesse. Disappointing. 14
Michael Schuster: Very ripe-fruited to smell; and to taste. Sweet and juicy and fresh, with a particularly lovely fruit core, within a very fine-grained tannin; an attractive complexity, and retaining its Graves elegance and restraint in this hot year; wearing its 14% effortlessly and with fine, sweet length to boot. Excellent Larrivet, stylish and harmonious. 2020–30+. 16.5
