BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster | Medium-full, very finely tannic, with a fresh to lively acidity; characteristically refined texture, long and gently energetic taste in a freshly sweet style, very mineral in aromas, graceful and fragrant and with a long, delicate finish. An overall impression of a not fully developed image. Both the grand vin and the Pavillon rouge lack a point in real sweetness of flavor. Great finesse, yes, but a little short on charm. 2020–30. | 17
