Michael Schuster | Pale lemon; a fine, fragrant, floral Sauvignon; medium-full, fresh and restrained; dry but ripe, a very attractive Sauvignon Blanc flavor, refreshing, long to taste, gentle, juicy, appealing, and effortless. Much less “overripe” and tropical than it used to be, and with less oak presence, too. Delicious. Now to 2025+.
