Neil Beckett | Mid-ruby, with a natural luster. An attractive scent, very ripe but still in the red-fruit spectrum, with nothing at all confected, thanks to its freshness and purity (indeed, there is almost a menthol note on top of the cherry but it is not at all medicinal). A lovely silky entry, with fine, flowing tannins, balance, elegance, and freshness, and enough gentle grip on the farewell to give confidence that it will still be in fine fettle when you next meet it. | 90
