Tim Atkin | Pale to medium color. Very much a lighter style in terms of fruit weight. Grenache-based or varietal? Pleasant, floral, and juicy with good acidity and subtle oak, savory tannins and enough supporting acidity to balance the alcohol. Attractively defined. | 92
Simon Field | Modest intensity of hue—indeed, this almost appears evolved, being brick red with a watery rim. The nose is quite autumnal, a little lugubrious, even. On the palate, the wine is relatively dilute, a touch strained and green, challenged by the lack of mid-palate intensity and grip thereafter. | 86
Andrew Jefford | Clear, limpid red in color. There are cherry fruits on the nose, but there is also a slightly charry, bonfire-like note to go with them. Sour and fresh on the palate. This is certainly tasty enough, though it currently seems a rather slight and simple wine. | 82
