Michel Bettane: Rich, ripe, velvety, hot vintage evident but lots of volume and individuality. 17
Thierry Desseauve: Dark color, mocha and toast, velvety body, lack of energy and intensity in the finish but tasty. 17
Michael Schuster: Gentle ripe-fruit nose; full and fleshy with a very fine tannin; deliciously sweet core-fruit, long and easy and gently spicy, nicely complex middle-rank Pomerol, with fine, sweet length; one of the best Petit-Village for a long time. Accessible early because so intelligently “textured”—no excess. 2017–30. 16.5
