Michael Schuster | Blackcurrant and marked mineral impressions on the nose; fairly full, fairly concentrated, fresh to crisp in acidity, very fine in tannin, a lovely balance; rich, elegant, blackcurrant Cabernet-flavored wine, fine-grained, beautifully proportioned, long and close-textured for its status, with very good fruit-cored length. Classic claret! Classy at the level, and probably very good value. 2025–30+.
