Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: A very fine Médoc indeed: nobly aromatic with good concentration but particularly notable for its harmonious texture and tannins. A high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon adds the promise of ageworthiness. This is the archetypal blue-blooded Médoc, with that soft but disciplined structure you expect of a well-bred wine.
