Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red, and blacker rather than purple at the rim. Sweet and warm fruits; very comforting, though not enormously detailed. A touch of wet coal and tangerine peel. Like most Margaux wines this year, the tannic and textural side of the wine is discreet, but there is very attractive wealth of fruit here, and it has a riper, fuller style than many of its chillier commune peers. Attractive mid-term drinking. | 89
Michael Schuster | Ripe blackcurrant Cabernet nose; medium-full, fresh in acidity, finely tannic; sweetly ripe in taste, a touch marked by its dry new-wood texture, subtle, juicy, refined, with nice length of flavor, and good lightly fruit fragrant length to finish. Good mid-rank Margaux. 2023–36+. | 91
