Stephen Brook | Straw gold. There’s something leaden about the nose, which isn’t showing much lift or overt fruit. Better on the palate, with some welcome acidity and a sleek texture coating the apricot fruit. However, it does seem one-dimensional and lacking in complexity and drive, and the finish is on the short side. Not much excitement here. | 85
