Michael Schuster | Sweetly ripe blackcurrant Cabernet nose; full, fresh, concentrated, moderately tannic; generous in its cassis flavor, a touch of alcohol warmth (here, too, the merest hint of raisiny ripeness?), crisply defined St-Estèphe, firm in its tannin texture, but without coarseness, and with good fruit-cored length. Very satisfying Capbern. 2026–35+.
