BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster | Closed, but warm to smell; very full-bodied, moderately concentrated, fresh in acidity, firm in tannin; a pure, sweetly ripe fruit, transparent and fine, touched by its alcohol warmth, which also slightly dries and hardens the otherwise fine tannins; this said, a wine of complexity and length to taste, and with a fine persistence, too, just more forceful than it used to be! 2033–45+.
