Michael Schuster | Gently sweet, faintly gravelly nose; very full, moderately concentrated, fairly fresh, finely tannic; sweet in fruit, warm, polished, long, and subtle across the palate, all within a very fine, dry tannin texture, graceful and refined and with excellent aromatic persistence. Discreet, if a touch hard... for my palate anyway, the fine-textured tannins slightly alcohol-hardened, meaning it will need plenty of time. 2033–50+.
