Andrew Jefford | Bright pale gold. Clean, pungent, and dry, with plenty of island character; not so much tephra and ash here as the scent of brine-soaked canvas. Attractive and enticing. Taut, tight, salty, very much as the aromas suggested. I wonder how much sodium is in this wine? Anyway, the combination (paired with lashings of lemony fruit) is delicious and dramatic. Is this just a little sweeter than some? Very skillfully made and mouthwatering. | 91
