BUY THE WINE

Simon Field | Watery pallor, a hint of green beyond; a well- mannered and perfectly correct wine, structurally fine-tuned, acidity balanced to court the fruit... For all that, there is a lack of interest and a failure to excite or stimulate. The finish is dry and a touch austere. | 81

Andrew Jefford | Bright pale steel white-gold. Clean and fresh, neutral and pristine aromas. Spot-on on the palate: fresh and frank, lean and clean, with lots of salty lemon. It’s concentrated, bright, and long, with lots of cut and vivacity. | 90

Demetri Walters | So much acidic freshness, zest, and energy here. Salty minerality and lemon juice in equal measure, but sufficient weight to provide balance and drinkability. A lovely approachable Assyrtiko, but one that possesses plenty of development potential. | 94
