Medium-deep ruby. A lovely amalgam of ripe red and black fruit on the nose, with a seductive touch of kirsch (the liqueur rather than the eau de vie). Fine-spun and supple, but greater density, intensity, and volume than the Vergelesses, and even more beauty of flavor. | 92
