BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Straw to golden yellow. Restrained, complex, mineral, slightly closed nose, with yellow fruits, nuts, lime and lemon peel, and clean mineral undertones. Mature citrus-fruit palate, with a long, clean finish. | 92

Andrew Jefford | Pale silver-gold. Softly nutty though aromatically quiet; pleasant though neutral aromas. Concentrated and detaining on the palate, with what seems to be typical Timorasso lack of articulacy, though this is a little more tightly drawn that the best of its flight, and faintly bitter, too. | 88

Michael Palij | Lean, delicate, slightly vegetal notes showing Chenin-esque characters of wet wool and candle wax. The palate is less engaging, with a phenolic touch that detracts from the weight. | 84
